For many types of glass curtain wall glass, insulating glass, tempered glass, coated glass, laminated glass, glass (LOW-E)... The surface of the glass can be coated, the formation of coated glass (also known as heat reflective glass, can be 1 / 3 about solar absorption and reflection off the air conditioning costs, reduce indoor). Hollow glass in the glass curtain wall has been widely used, it has excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation effect. In order to reduce glare and heat radiation glass curtain wall, should use the low emissivity coated glass. Oxidation easily because of the metal coating layer is coated glass, single use, can only be used inside the insulating glass and laminated glass. At present, high transparent silver low radiation (LOW-E) glass has been used in the curtain wall engineering, it not only has far infrared reflectivity good light transmittance, high energy efficiency, and excellent performance, especially suitable for cold area. It can make more solar radiation entering the room to increase the indoor temperature, also can make the cold season or rainy days from the indoor objects' radiation reflected back to the room 85%, effectively reducing energy consumption, saving energy. Low radiation glass because of its characteristics of high light transmission rate, can be used in any region with high permeability appearance of the building, to highlight the main features of natural lighting, which is currently more advanced green glass.

Low-E glass

Low emissivity coated glass is also called Low-E glass. Low-E glass is to coat low emissivity silver and metal oxide layers on glass surface. The coatings on glass will show different colors. Its major properties is to lower the U-value and selectively lower the SC which on the whole improves the glass energy efficiency. It features high infrared reflection. It can directly reflect far infrared. Because of its low surface emissivity(E), it absorbs and re-radiates very little energy. It has a wide range of shading coefficient(SC) which can meet different solar control requirements according to different climates. I t can be divided into high transmission low-E glass and solar control low-E glass.

Heat reflective coated glass

Heat reflective coated glass is to coat multilayer of metal and metal oxide layers on glass surface by vacuum magnetron sputtering technology. It can control visible light transmission and block solar radiation from entering the interior so as to reduce energy consumption of air-conditioning. In addition, it has many color options for modern building design. Its main function is to reduce the glass shading coefficient and restrict direct solar radiation transmission. Heat reflective coating does not reflect far infrared. Therefore, it has very little improvement in U value.

Heat reflective coated glass

For areas which are exposed to strong sunlight in summer, the thermal insulation of heat reflective glass is remarkable. It can effectively reduce the solar radiation entering the interior. When there is no sunlight such as at night time or on rainy days, its thermal insulation performance is more or less like normal clear glass. From the energy saving point of view, heat reflective glass is not suitable for cold areas as cold areas need sunlight for heating the interior.

1. Effectively restricting the incidence of direct solar radiation and has obvious shading effects
2. A variety of reflective colors and good aesthetic effects
3. Hiding interior objects and architectural structures
4. Desirable visible light transmittance and visible light reflectance
5. Reduce ultraviolet light transmission
6. With our unique technology, the heat reflective glass
7. can be curve-tempered without affecting its performance.

Tempered glass

Tempered glass is produced by heating glass to a high temperature (at 650℃, becomes soft) and then quenched. This changes its molecular structure where compressive stress is formed on glass surface and tensile stress is formed at the core. The mechanical strength is increased by several times.
